Modern hypnotherapy puts you in control, by teaching you to harness the power of your own mind. As a Board-Certified Hypnotherapist, I am trained to guide you into hypnosis and facilitate these changes at the unconscious level.


I promise, hypnosis is not what you’ve seen on tv or in movies. By relaxing into a state of trance you can push beyond the boundaries of your limiting beliefs.


The state of trance is one you experience every day, multiple times a day. Have you ever gotten in your car and 30 minutes later arrived at your destination with no awareness of the route you took? That’s trance. Has your spouse ever had to call your name 5 times before you pulled your head out of your phone? (that's me, oops!) You were in trance. So, as you can see, you’re already a pro.

We go into trance watching tv, driving, playing on our phones. It is a natural part of our experience and one we usually don't utilize properly.

  • You need to cancel or reschedule your appointments every week 

How Does it Work?

 I offer sessions in packages, because I have found this to be the most effective way to produce results for my clients. Each session will take place over Zoom and last approximately  40 minutes to an hour. You will need a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed for the entire session.
