The state of trance is one you experience every day, multiple times a day. Have you ever gotten in your car and 30 minutes later arrived at your destination with no awareness of the route you took? That’s trance. Has your spouse ever had to call your name 5 times before you pulled your head out of your phone? (that's me, oops!) You were in trance. So, as you can see, you’re already a pro.
You cannot be coerced into doing anything YOU don't want to do. You are always awake and capable of deciding not to follow instructions.
If you've ever tried to change a habit consciously and failed, now you understand why. Change happens outside our conscious awareness, which is why hypnosis works.
All you need is an active imagination and to follow instructions. You choose to go into trance or not. Since you’re a creative person this should be super easy for you.

We go into trance watching tv, driving, playing on our phones. It is a natural part of our experience and one we usually don't utilize properly.
I offer sessions in packages, because I have found this to be the most effective way to produce results for my clients. Each session will take place over Zoom and last approximately 40 minutes to an hour. You will need a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed for the entire session.
